To the Special Reading Room with a Helka card from 1.10.2008 onwards

The Special Reading Room Reader Card will be taken out of use in 1.10.2008. The right to use the Special Reading Room will be included in the customers’ Helka card. For that all the users of the Special Reading Room must have a Helka card. It can be obtained from the service counters of Rotunda or Fabiania.
The right to use the Special Reading Room will be given in the Special Reading Room as before. Regulations for the use of the Special Reading Room will remain the same.
