Information Service
Personnel at Information Service points assist customers with the use of the Library's collections and databases.
The Information Service conducts information searches focusing on collections and materials based on customers' orders. Information searches are invoiced according to a separate price list.
A request for an information search can be submitted by e-mail, telephone, online form or a handwritten application at the Library's information desk.
