Delivery times
Requests for materials from the closed stacks made between 9 and 14 on weekdays are delivered in two hours.
Orders left after 14 are delivered the following weekday by 11.
Orders left after 14 on Fridays or on Saturdays are delivered Monday by 11.
Electronic requests and reservations for materials made through the Helka database can be seen in the customer information section. The "own reservations" column indicates when the materials can be retrieved. The materials will be kept on reserve for one week.
Delivery locations
The Humanities Collection's home loans are delivered to the Rotunda Customer Service, the Slavonic Library's home loans to Fabiania Customer Service.
The National Collection's and Slavonic Library's reading room loans are delivered to the Fabiania Reading Room, the Humanities Collection's reading room loans to the Rotunda.
