Project Loans
Materials can be loaned for projects undertaken within the University of Helsinki's departments according to the terms of specific project loan agreements.
A project loan card is kept in the National Library's loan office or in the possession of the project's contact representative.
Project loans are due twice a year, in May and December. The Library will send a list of the project's loans to the project's contact representative two weeks before the due date.
If a reservation has been made for a volume loaned with a project loan card, the project's contact representative must immediately return the volume in question to the National Library. After the volume has been returned to the Library, the Library will return it for the project's use.
