Both home loans and reading room loans are available from the library. The loan period for open collections is four weeks. The loan period for materials from the closed stacks is generally six months.
The National Collection's and special collections' materials printed before 1900 are only available as reading room loans. The Slavonic Library's print year limitation for home loans is 1960.
The special collections' materials can only be examined in the Special Reading Room; a Helka card is required.
Microfilmed collections can be used in the reading rooms.
Everyone has the right to use the Library.
