Periodicals in the Research Collection
There are finnish and foreign periodicals at the Library. Some of the periodicals are obtained electronically. Information on periodicals is available on HELKA database and the Nelli portal.
The reference collection has a selection of finnish and foreign periodicals. Finnish periodicals are on the 2nd floor of the Reading Room. Foreign periodicals are in the connecting corridor between the café and Fabianian building, forming a separate collection on two floors. The current year's issues form their own group.
A growing selection of finnish periodicals in microfilm can be found in the Reading Room.
Other periodicals not found in the reference collection can be ordered from the closed stack. Periodicals published after 1900 can also be taken out of the Library as home loans.
