Magazines
Digitised magazines
The National Library has digitised older magazines. Periodicals until 1911 are freely accesible: //digi.nationallibrary.fi.
Magazines from 1912 onwards are accessible only at certain locations using dedicated workstations. In the National Library the workstations are in the Newspaper reading room. The workstation is not connected to the Internet so files cannot be saved to any personal memory devices nor be e-mailed. Digital copies cannot be taken of the data, but one can print pages of magazines.
Tthe other finnish legal deposit libraries and The National Audiovisual Archive are also offering workstations for reading the digitised magazines.
The journals Suomi, Historiallinen aikakauskirja and Lakimies are available at universities and public libraries that have a user's license.
