Communication
The Council for Finnish University Libraries aims for visibility and transparency in all its operations.
The emphasis of communication in 2007-2008 has been the strengthening of relations with political decision-makers, administrative officials and interest groups (personal discussions, active writing to newspapers read by decision-makers, demonstrating the impact of university libraries’ operations and promoting issues important for the future).
In 2009 and 2010, the aim of the Council is to increase international visibility.
