Loan renewals

You can view your own customer information in the Helka database. When logging into your personal customer information, you will be asked to enter the number of your Helka card and your last name.

Library cardholders can examine their own loans, reservations, accumulated fines and new loans.

A book can be renewed if it has not been reserved or the cardholder's loan privileges have not been revoked.

Renewals can also be made by e-mail or through the telephone service.
