The Collection of Foreign Literature Printed 1500-1599

The National Library of Finland's collection of books printed in the 16th century form a special collection of ca 3000 items. The books are classics within European art and literature as well as books typical of the period, such as Bibles.

The collection is almost completely catalogued in the HELKA database.

The material is studied in the Special Reading Room in Fabiania.
