1. How many publications do you plan to issue per year?

2. Is your company a department or an affiliate of another company? *

3. Does your company/corporation have departments or affiliates in the publishing business in Finland or abroad? Please give the names and addresses of these and also provide the same information for them as in item 1.

4. Are you the sole distributor or representative for a foreign or Finnish publishing house? Please give the name and address of the company.

5. Do you have another sole distributor or representative for your publications?

6. Please choose from the attached classification table 1-4 the classes that best describe the subject fields of your publications and enter them in the box below. If the publication covers several subject fields, use 000 General. *

The subjects to which your publications are related are important for the International ISBN Agency and the Finnish ISBN Agency.

If you are unable to find a suitable class in the table, you can also describe the contents in your own words (use a few short terms).

When joining the ISBN system, the publisher commits itself to the following obligations:

1. The ISBN must appear on all the items published.
2. The ISBN should be printed as advised in the ISBN Guidebook.
3. The publisher should keep a list of its publications sorted according to the ISBN number.
4. The publisher should send one copy of each publication immediately after its issue to the address below/the Finnish ISBN Agency.
5. The information for each publisher is published in the international publication Publishers' International ISBN Directory. The information is also used by the Finnish ISBN Agency and published on its website.
