Impact and Evaluation

In 2008 FinELib was recognised as one of the 24 components of the national research infrastructure. The infrastructure survey launched by the Ministry of Education charted national research infrastructures as well as participation in international research infrastructures and laid out a road map for future needs.

Evaluation

FinELib regularly evaluates and measures its activities and work by, e.g., conducting customer and end-user questionnaire surveys.

The latest survey was carried out in September 2011. The survey focused on the use of electronic publications in research and was targeted at researchers working at Finnish universities and research institutes. More information can be found under User questionnaires.
