For Publishers

A license agreement for each FinELib-resource is entered into by and between the publisher/vendor and each of the subscribing consortium members.

The Library Director signs all the license agreements on behalf of the members of the consortium. The members are obliged to inform their own users of the terms of agreement.

The FinELib Service Unit will draw up a Finnish summary of all agreements for the use of the consortium members when informing of the usage terms.
