The Hebraica Collection

The collection contains literature in Hebrew and Jidisch published in Russia from 1828 to 1917 which the Library received as deposit copies during the Russian era. Among the 5,000 titles are fiction, religious literature, literature in the Humanities and Sciences, textbooks, dictionaries, children's books, almanacs and calendars, and newspapers and periodicals.
